I can't thank you enough for being so generous with your book donations! They will all go to great homes with people who can start the healing process through art! Thank you thank you thank you! And thank you so much to everyone who contributed!

I always enjoy your posts! 😀 Also, I just read Draw Your Day and enjoyed it so much I read it twice in a row and then recommended it on my blog last week (https://paulaborchardt.substack.com/p/paulas-positivity-packed-post-part ). It's one of the best art books I've read in a long time! 👍

I love this form of writing. I intend on having a journal offline that will be like this. I'll draw and write in it as well! I love art and love writing, so I figured...why not? It's also been suggested as a good way to cope in certain situations. It's therapeutic. Now to get started.... I've started one drawing and that took me FOREVER! I am working on my studio, etc. though as well. Anyway, wonderful photos! Thanks for sharing them. It's so wonderful of you to help out those who are suffering due to the L.A. fires! I wish that everyone did that!

Thanks so much, Angela. I hope you don’t hesitate starting — you will love it once you dive in. Writing, drawing, whatever combination of the two.

I honestly, HONESTLY don't now what's stopping me. It's almost as if I get overwhelmed with everything going on in my life and freeze. It's heartbreaking really...

Nooo don’t give yourself a hard time. When you’re ready you will begin. Sometimes it is an all-in thing and now you’re just gearing up. Sometimes you have to dip your toes and it’s baby steps. Either way go easy, it will happen.

Beautiful work, as always! It was so fun to be on the zoom and see you sketch this page a week or so ago. I was in a bookstore about a year ago and came across Alan Rickman's diaries, now published in book form. They were incredible and I thought what a great gift it was - to his family and us!
