I like both ideas, but especially Draw Your Adventures because they can happen in the every day. I think road or day trips are perfect for recording in a sketchbook.

Exactly, I was thinking the same. Travel is more of a luxury and doesnt always happen, but adventures do!

Yes please - new book. Draw your Adventures would probably be more useful for me because I don't have the money to travel, and am alone. I need to be able to see adventure in the typical.

I would LOVE a Draw Your Travels book! With info on the best approach and process too. My last trip I sought out places I wanted to sketch in advance of the trip with the plan to sketch in the mornings while traveling. Neither of these things worked out but I did do a lot of on the spot messy sketching of anything I encountered in real time that I wanted to capture. Would totally love to know how you approach this!

The on the spot messy sounds perfect to me. But there are definitely other ways to plan for finishing later. I’ve never planned in advance of a trip, as I want what comes out to be authentic to the moment, but that is also an interesting approach. Really so many options. It would be fun to explore them all in a book! We shall see….

Oh please, please do a book on Adventures and travel. Why not take a class somewhere on a sketching trip for preparation for the book?! I want to sign up first for the trip and the book. I too will preorder!!!

Draw your travels 💯 all those phone pictures we take just disappear into the abyss anyways. But you'd definitely go back to your drawings.

Yes, so true. I always look back on the travel pages so I can remember details and names of places. Then I get to relive each trip.
