I received your Draw Your Day for Kids the other day and loved looking through it. So much fun and I can't wait to share it with my grands. That'll be quite a while, though. They're currently 16 months and four years old. They're going to have a blast with it though. Thank you so much for sharing this kind of art with everyone. It's so down-to-earth and alive. And I'm looking forward to getting my copy of Draw Your Adventures this summer. WOOHOO!
I really wish I picked up that Kakimori ink sample set when I was in Tokyo! I opted for set 2, which has lovely dark blues, but I love the pop of colour in this set!

Hi Sue, thanks so much! I’m glad you like the kids book, and am also excited for you to have Draw Your Adventures in a few months!
I enjoy your art.

I only saw this set at Goods For The Study - now I am curious about the blues! Haha - if only we could share
This retreat is very tempting. My mother was born and grew up nearby southeast of there, higher in the mountains. It’s a beautiful area.
Oh, how lovely, I hope you join me!!
Have you used the Kakimori inks? I love them!
