Draw Your World Meetup with Special Guest, Gavin Snider
Friday, April 26, 4-5:30pm EST.
My very new friend (thanks to
), the super talented artist, Gavin Snider will be joining us! Gavin is also a Brooklynite who draws/paints the world around him. His work is loose yet so precise at the same time, making it completely inspiring to look at. I love how much detail he mamages to get with few brush strokes. His use of negative space is something I am particularly inspired by. There will be time for a demo, a show and tell, and questions.Link to register for all meetups can be found in the subscriber chat or paid subscribers can message me for the links.

In this class we will be sketching and painting various citrus fruit. Some sliced, some whole, capturing both the colorful inside wedges and the outside skin texture. We will be using both Derwent Inktense paints and colored pencils. Click here to reserve your free spot!
(Only US and Canadian residents can register due to a security issue, but if you are overseas, the replay is available for anyone to watch just a few days later.)
Stationery Festival!
On August 8th and 9th I will be hosting live workshops (details coming soon!) at Stationery Fest hosted by Yoseka Stationery in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Yoseka Stationery was built around the goal of creating a unique experience of trying out your stationery and forming your own opinions on the creative tools we use everyday, all within a community of individuals who share your passion.
Click here to find the event guide. Tickets to my workshops will be live and available to purchase on June 1st. Be ready to book as soon as the event tickets go live, as many people are inquiring. With limited seats the tickets will go fast!
Looking ahead:

Couldn’t make Friday’s meetup with Richard, but just watched the recording... So helpful, so inspiring, so fun! You both are great role models!
